Quality Tubular Services Inc. has been in business since 1992 and was founded by David J. Small. We are located in Bakersfield, CA and service the Western United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii. We are a certified Woman owned DBE and operate an oil field service company with a variety of services and products offered. We offer generations of combined experience with regard to the services and products available.
